Rhonda Wootten (Director)
I have provided consultancy services to health and social care organisations for over 20 years at strategic and operational levels. My experience includes working for multi-national consultancies where I was assigned to a national social care cost reduction programme and led on the design and implementation of statutory service inspections.
Prior to setting up my own consultancy I worked as a senior manager in local authority social care directorates managing and developing staff, designing /implementing service restructures and commissioning and contracting services. I am an experienced project and programme manager and my qualifications include:
MBA
PRINCE2 Practitioner & Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner
Provision of project and programme support to Clinical Commissioning Groups and local authorities at operational and strategic levels including the development of services for people with learning disabilities at local and regional level.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Foundation
Formal training in Lean Six Sigma to enhance business efficiency and reduce waste and performance problems in day-to-day working processes whilst increasing customer satisfaction. Specialisation in performance management and cost reduction for national programmes and with clients in local government.
European Foundation for Quality Management Assessor (EFQM Excellence Model)
Whilst experienced in working across a range of adult services at operational and strategic level I have developed extensive and specialist knowledge and skills in learning disabilities services.
